Ministry Description 事工簡介
事工目的
因著國語會眾的需要，策劃、組織、帶領不同的事工，包括敬拜、主 日學、關顧、新來賓、團契、小組、外展等。
主要職位
敬拜 (2 名)
安排主日崇拜的主席、領詩及司琴。
安排主日崇拜及特別聚會的司事。
安排詩班在主日崇拜及特別聚會中獻詩。
教導 (2 名)
預備主日學課程，包括書卷班、聖經概覽班、門訓班、福音班、靈命 成長及主題研習等。
物色、訓練、及支持具備教導恩賜並且願意委身成為主日學老師。
關顧 (2 名)
以基督之愛來關心和幫助在不同情況下面對困難的弟兄姊妹。 ∙ 幫助新來賓熟悉教會和弟兄姊妹。
關顧新朋友直至加入團契或小組。
肢體生活 (2 名)
召集小組長會議。
支持國語堂團契及小組： 提供資源及訓練；經濟資助。
本地福音 (2 名)
安排福音性及預工性聚會，喚起會眾對傳福音的重视，鼓勵團契及小 組參與。
鼓勵個人佈道，訓練弟兄姊妹用各種方法與人分享福音。
Goal
To plan, organize and conduct ministry functions for the Mandarin Speaking Congregation, including Worship, Sunday School, Caring, New Comers, Fellowship, Small Group, Outreach, etc., tailored to the specific needs of the Mandarin speaking people.
Areas of Ministry
Worship (2)
To arrange chairperson, song leaders and pianists for Sunday Services. ∙ To arrange ushers for Sunday services and special services. ∙ To arrange choir presentations for Sunday services and special services.
Teaching (2)
To prepare a curriculum that would include Bible Books Class, Introduction to Bible Class, Discipleship Class, Gospel Class, spiritual growth, topical studies, etc.
Recruit, train, and support those gifted in and are committed to being Sunday school teachers.
Caring (2)
To Care for brothers and sisters facing different situations by the love of Christ.
To help newcomers be acquainted with the church and brothers and sisters.
To co-work with Newcomer Welcome/Caring to care for newcomers until they join cell groups.
Body Life (2)
To call meetings of cell group leaders.
To support the MSC fellowship and cell groups: resource/training; financial support.
Local Outreach (2)
Plan and execute evangelical events, arouse the congregation’s awareness of evangelization, and motivate cell groups and fellowships to take part.
Arouse the passion for personal evangelization; equip brothers and sisters to do personal evangelization.
2022 Ministry Report 事工報告
1. The goals of the ministry group for the Year 2022
In the first half of 2022, the Mandarin Church was hit by the double blow of the epidemic and the strife between the congregation and the pastors, so no specific goals were set except running the ministry in a state of maintenance, trying to maintain the group's pre-Bible study as much as possible. The purpose of the pre-bible study is to apply the biblical truths learned to the personal life level and to achieve life renewal.
Also, we hope to provide companionship and support for the group leaders.
2. The highlights of the activities for achieving the goals
Provide a pre-bible study for the cell group, once every two weeks, held online on Friday evenings.
Organized summer outing and encouraged to invite new friends to participate. However, the event was cancelled due to an outbreak of covid at church.
Two fellowship meetings with group leaders were held on 9/11 and 12/03 respectively. In order to enhance the relationship with the group leaders, meals and game session were added. Thank You cards were sent out to cell group leaders and coworkers at the end of year.
3. The results and some forward looking sharing
The full year schedule for 2023 is: February and March provide training for small group leaders and co-workers. This is followed by the reorganization of small groups and retreats for small group leaders. Spring festival gathering, summer outing and love lunch are also planned to be implemented. Small group activities returned to the study of Luke's Gospel.
1. 2022 年度事工組的目標
2022年上半年国语堂在疫情和会众与牧师们的纷争的双重打击之中，所以肢体生活没有设立什么目标，基本是在维持状态，尽量维持小组的预查经。预查经的目的是希望把所学到的圣经真理应用到个人生活层面，达到生命的更新。
另外也希望为小组长提供陪伴和支持的功能。
2. 為達到目標所作的活動重點
为小组提供预查经，两周一次，周五晚上线上举行。
组织国语堂的夏日郊游，鼓励邀请新朋友参加。但因有多人感染了新冠，临时取消了活动
分别于9/11 和12/03进行了两次与小组长的团契。为了增进与组长的关系，采用聚餐的形式，加入游戏环节，了解各小组情况，并有一起的祷告。年底向小组长和同工送出感谢卡。
3. 成果及一點前瞻分享
2023年的全年安排是：二、三月份为小组长和同工提供培训，由罗祖澄牧师带领。之后是小组的重组，小组长退修会。春节聚会、夏日郊游和爱心午餐也计划实施中。小组活动回到路加福音的学习中。
