Ministry Description 事工簡介
Mission Statement
To promote and facilitate growth so that brothers and sisters become Christ’s mature disciples and serve Him according to their SHAPE (Spiritual gift, Heart, Ability, Personality, Experience) and God’s calling.
Areas of Ministry
Ministry Group Coordinator (1 person)
Cast visions and propose action plans for Servant Development (SD) Ministry.
Lead SD Ministry group member meetings.
Provide support to SD Ministry group members.
Work with other SDM members in recruiting and training new ministry group members.
Education (1 person)
Cast visions on servanthood lifestyle to NYCBC members.
Search for or develop a spiritual gifts assessment model which is suitable for NYCBC.
Spiritual Leadership (1 person)
Plan Sunday School classes or other training on spiritual leadership, including the follow-up activities for the alumni.
Organize support group(s) and hold meetings of communication and encouragement for b/s who have potential to become church leaders, with the goal of supporting their growth in spiritual leadership and encouraging them to serve as leaders in various areas at NYCBC.
Servant Development and Support Network (2 persons)
Ensure Sunday School alumni and other b/s who have been in contact with us are being followed-up and supported.
Share SD ministry visions with Ministry and Fellowship groups.
Provide resources and support to Ministry and Fellowship groups on volunteer development according to their needs.
事工組目的
推動並幫助北約弟兄姊妹成長，使他們成為基督成熟的門徒，並根據各人的特質: SHAPE ( S - 屬靈恩賜， H - 心志，A - 才能，P - 個性，E - 經歷 ) 協助他們投身於主的聖工上，回應神的呼召。
事奉崗位
事工組組長 (1名)
樹立及分享異象及建議事工行動計劃。
帶領事工會議。
對事工組組員提供支援。
與其他組員合作，招募及訓練新事工組組員。
教育 (1名)
為北約會友樹立及分享僕人生活方式的異象。
發掘或建立適合北約教會的屬靈恩賜評估。
屬靈領導 (1名)
安排與屬靈領導有關的主日學課程及其他訓練，包括主日學舊生的跟進活動。
為有潛質成為教會領袖的弟兄姊妹組織支持小組，舉行以溝通和鼓勵為主的聚會，目的為支持他們在屬靈領導上成長，並鼓勵他們成為北約教會不同層面的領袖。
僕人發展及支援網絡 (2名)
確保僕人建立事工主日學的舊生和與事工組有接觸的弟兄姊妹得到跟進及支援。
向事工組及團契分享事工組異象。
按照其需要，向事工組及團契提供有關建立僕人的資源及支援。
2022 Ministry Report 事工報告
1. The goals of the ministry group for the Year 2022
Announce CSC discipleship program and recruit new small group leaders and members
Send surveys to all church members to gather usage data of Faithlife TV to inform renewal decision
Promote Faithlife TV with suggested courses on our church website if subscription is renewed
2. The highlights of the activities for achieving the goals
Announced CSC discipleship program in CSC e-bulletins and during Sunday Services, and created the online sign-up form on our church website for recruitment of new small group leaders and members
Sent surveys to all church members to gather usage data of Faithlife TV
Promoted Faithlife TV with suggested courses and created the online registration form for new account setup requests on our church website
3. The results and some forward looking sharing
A new CSC discipleship small group was formed with the announcement and recruitment
Plan to invite new converts from CSC gospel Sunday school and participants of evangelism and nurture training as discipleship small group members and leaders respectively in 2023
With the survey results on the usage data of Faithlife TV, it was decided to renew subscription for another year with hope of increased usage with more promotion
Plan to decide whether to renew subscription for Faithlife TV again according to the new survey results and partnership plan with CSC Teaching Ministry in 2023

如果決定續訂，在我們的教會網站透過推薦一些課程來推廣 Faithlife TV
2. 為達到目標所作的活動重點
在粵語堂電子場刊和主日崇拜中宣布粵語堂門徒訓練計劃，並在我們教會網站設立在線註冊表以招募新的小組組長和組員
向所有教會成員發送問卷調查以收集 Faithlife TV 的使用數據
在我們的教會網站透過推薦一些課程來推廣 Faithlife TV，並設立在線註冊表以申請開設新帳戶
3. 成果及一點前瞻分享
在宣佈和招募下成立了一個新的粵語堂門徒訓練小組
計劃於2023年分別邀請粵語堂真理尋索班初信者和傳福音及栽培訓練參加者為門徒訓練小組組員和組長
根據 Faithlife TV 使用數據的問卷調查結果，決定續訂一年，希望在更多宣傳下增加使用量
計劃於2023年根據新的問卷調查結果和與粵語堂教導事工的合作計劃決定是否再次續訂 Faithlife TV
